Great
This was my first time to the Purple Evening event and I had a great time. I got selected for the autograph signing and got pictures taken with the Ravens players. The food was affordable and I love the Dunkin Dounut truck. Yes!! I love the bags. This year no one had the opportunity for a free Ravens game and I was disappointed about that. I don't have a problem with walking but after a certain time we could not go down certain stairs. Took my Mother forever to get to her Gold autograph signing. I love the Ravens players and the veterans talking but i wish the stage area had more space. The freebie line was just tic tacks and soda basically. I save my Mother and her friends the time and they got out of line. I love the field. So many games and a awesome experience. Overall a 4 because soo much needs work for next year.
Decent
First of all, I did not expect so many kids to come out. I wasn't aware of being able to dress up until the day of the event. The movie was good that they showed, which was "Happy Halloween Scooby-Doo!". I enjoyed the film with my mom. We are both Scooby-Doo fans. I am a big one myself so that is the reason I came out to the event. I enjoyed myself for the most part but did not appreciate how someone was smoking week towards the end of the film. It doesn't make sense to me how people do not have any decency to not smoke around children or in public as a matter of fact. There was so many kids around. They do not need to be consuming that. The M&T Bank Stadium is so strict about purses but can't catch when someone is trying to smuggle week in? Ridiculous. Either way, Baltimore is horrible altogether so I won't be attending something like that again, but I did enjoy the film.
Super Bowl Celebration
this event was done like all other Raven's events---1st class. the stories and videos shared by the players and coaches were ones that we the fan had never heard or seen before which provided a great back story on this Super Bowl team. if you were not convinced that this team's defense was at least one of the top three defenses of all time you certainly are now. i also came away with a better appreciation of that teams offense
But, back to the actual event---presented with all the trappings of a 1st class happening, enough time was allocated so that the fans could feel fulfilled and have a sense that the players and coaches also enjoyed this event. Thank you and GO RAVENS.
